IT IS LOL. or at least why it was bumped immediately to the top of the list among the other, ahem, games in the library of that era. x) good 64-era level design is so crunchy in ways that's hard to articulate, whether it be zeldas or that one, so it's fun to anticipate diving into another one of those worlds. :)
