Oct. 7th, 2021 11:28 pmjust throwing this out there because it suddenly occurs to me while packing clothes for a mountain weekend getaway that y'all are absolutely better at this than I am:
does anyone have a favorite clothes shop/brand/etc that a) offers extensive petite sizes, b) is more masc, and c) can still fit in okay with like ... i call my vibe 'corporate leather' which is not incorrect lmao, but like, "designer" corporate with a punk edge?
me and clothes have a Bad Relationship(tm) - trying to find stuff that fits a meatbag that defies all known rules and sizes is tough by itself, throw in weird specifications like needing zippers n' buttons (or really stretchy shirts) along the front for disability reasons (which rules out a lot of the cool aesthetic well-fitted shirts), on top of like, having to go stealth "just" enough to avoid arguments with Certain People who i live with currently (and also not to disassociate the hell out every time i have to think about clothes), but also being vain enough that i like high end designer shit, let alone with being female in the south steadily trending along GNC/stealth-masc looks is just ... a lot to ask of most clothes brands
which is why
I typically throw on a tshirt with the leather jacket on top and call it a day lmao. (i call it my steve jobs look; have One Look, boom, done.)
but yeah, any favorite shops that hit most of those categories, would def be interested in a look-see! :o
