i can draw again! \o/

taking it easy but i doodled a few comic thumbnails tonight (on the laptop) for the first time since last week's surgery. ah damn, that feels so good, just knowing I've still got the capability, and for the other eye it'll take roughly only a week for me to regain that ability to draw. endurance still isn't anywhere near what it used to be and the eye still smarts at time but at least now it's "manageable" rather than "annoying".

also got an extremely cool zine package from ikki that I want to do a proper review of like I used to. the only complaint i have about dreamwidth is that it doesn't make uploading photos fun (oh if only it was a hybrid of tumblr in that one sense). maybe this weekend.
