The funny thing about being entirely off of social media on funky little websites and funky little webrings done by everyone to grizzled retired professionals to hobbyists

is u kinda start to loose track who's "actually important (socially)" versus not

because who replies to random emails is very much a 50/50 of those two circles, in a pleasant surprise :D
