[me giving a brief to my other minion]
me: i think packaging took the instructions a little too literally with this project and went too safe with the first version
me: could ya idk
me: make it pop a little or some playful shit-?
my minion: [gives me SUCH a withering amused look]
me: [starts laughing in the middle of the sentence]

(context: in design, "make it pop" is such a painfully overused and infamous phrase used by suits in critiques, like yeah we know what you mean but oh my fucking god why is it that specific set of words EVERY TIME)
