(no subject)

one of the interesting side-effects of following basically everyone via RSS feeds is you get to see their posts that they deleted immediately after, since the feed reader stores the preview until you personally read the post.

usually it's nothing scandalous; an obvious typo they fixed, or something that clearly meant to post on a side blog i was likely already following. (i don't make a habit of following up / snooping on said posts because imo it's none of my business.)

but it is an eternal reminder of how information can stay afloat for longer than one would think.

(at one point via RSS i could see the preview for DW posts of access circles i was not in, but i'm pretty sure they fixed that, was a long time ago.)
