Oooh Fates. I love the maps in Conquest, but I agree the writing is just... something.... It is fun in places, but some of the moralizing bugs me, it's even more insufferable to me in Birthright though. I do wish Conquest had just gone ham with being the dark evil kingdom and let me actually commit atrocities on purpose lol.

I was in the trenches when people were complaining about the skinship minigame and I was just baffled that that was where they drew the line when you could marry your brothers/sisters in the game (at the time it wasn't established that none of them are actually blood related to Corrin ). I had people giving me shit for marrying Aversa in Awakening because she was adopted by what's-his-face-Robin's-dad-Validar :^( but oh no it's fine now??? Anyway, I bought Conquest because I wanted to marry Xander lolll.
I suppose you've met Charlotte by now, she's my favorite lol. Also got shit about how she's a "t-rex armed titty waifu", but she's MY t-rex-armed-titty-waifu! 😂
