it's funny, since writing this slowburn longfic, my FE gacha activity has plummeted. (was never a huge player, but i logged in daily since getting FEH back in 2020 when the pandemic hit and i got a smartphone, and i actually did enjoy the strategic gameplay since it was like a mini mainline game.)
been meaning to quit FEH since i haven't enjoyed a banner or event in like, more than a year at this point? and at this point only a zihark base and a gunter alt (maaaaybe a timeskip hubert or legendary sephiran) would convince me to drain my orb stash/any kind of resources. even then it'd be more out of secondary fondness for the characters versus foaming at the mouth at the in-game possibilities.
three years is a pretty good run for a gacha, and i'm so glad i was present when zihark and petrine got in nearly back to back, no regrets there. but it feels like it's time to casually dip.
more time for brainstorming the fic at any rate ~ :3
