note to self: i need to do a zine roundup either on here or on the site because i've brought/been gifted a truly massive amount of zines since early 2020 and they're honestly amazing... subversive, transgressive little pieces of good hot shit.

anyway

If I could gift a copy of this ("Fuck the Police Means We Don't Act Like Cops to Each Other") zine to everyone I know, it still wouldn't be enough. fuck, man, i was on the verge of tearing up and/or yelling the longest singular 'yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessss' in existence. Such a good read.

SAME SAME. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT FUCK THE POLICE AFTER YOU BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION. Also some of their other stuff haha! God such a good read, I’m still working through it, but it’s been...so validating? Cohesive? Just, summarizes a lot of things I’ve had tumbling around in my head for years now but puts them out all very nicely.

Doing a zine round up would def be fun, lord knows I’m due for one!

validating is a perfect word because totally, yes, exactly how I felt too. :D so, so glad to hear it resonated with you as well - had a sneaky feeling it would, they seemed like a similar sort of well articulated person with real experience on the whole phenomenon, and very much somebody wanting to find what's truly best for everyone, even if it's an uncomfortable truth.
