ummm this gave me whiplash. i haven't bought a memory stick in YEARS and i. i need to go have a Good Long Think about this.
(I remember my high school boyfriend excitedly taking orders from everyone in robotics club, because a store 150 miles away was selling 500MB drives for only $20 during a Black Friday Sale, and he was going to drive all the way there and buy as many as he could for everybody. oh lord.)
that is such a FUN memory and i'm so glad you told me that - unironically woulda been one of those ones getting an order there as well because - look, those suckers were hard to find, ahaha.
but ahaha right? it's the weirdest things that make you blink and go 'things sure have changed' as tech marches on.
