Date: 2023-11-19 10:52 pm (UTC)thank you so sincerely for the kind words back ;w; i apologize for the lateness in the reply -- part of it was simply having this comment to reread in the notifications given how kind you were. it's ... in some ways, i gather you'll understand too - it's been freeing in many soul-healing nameless, nuanced ways to gradually loosen a bit and challenge myself. ultimately it feels like art -visual or written- comes down to creative empathy, which is quite a delight when you delve into the kinkier/harder bits. >:)
do you mind if I link your site to the links page on my main site? love seeing more authors create their own homes online for their fic -- always fantastic to have backup much less a proliferation of the old internet warmth back. :)

Date: 2023-11-20 03:50 am (UTC)and for sure! it's been nice to learn to let go a little bit, and learn different ways to experiment around and learn something new--it's so delightful, as you've said. sometimes it's something you gotta learn to really be able to let yourself flourish, and see what you create for sure!
and feel free, omg! honestly i super feel you on that, and it really is SO damn nice to have a little collective home to call one's own. especially in the face of the modern net!!
