Aug. 13th, 2026 08:24 pmi still don't think 3.0+1.0 was as tight of a story as the OG+EOE but the fact it reads as anno's cathartic yumeship fanfic after going through the genuine hell of [a previous story/franchise taking over his life and being burnt out] is a little endearing.
#bro had his creator's yumeship doujin recovery arc i feel him (me with IC > zihark doujin).#minus points for the sketchup-ass fight scene (sowwy but he can do better) but the last 1/4th with gendo was some good shit.#i kept thinking 'this needs an editor' but that'd defeat the purpose of what it was.#i think a lot of non creators who've never had an story/franchise get out of hand don't understand Why creators sometimes seemingly...#go off and do their thing. put simply it's the kind of therapeutic art For Them and not for You the viewer.
