• animationbgs is a blogspot article that's still crankin' along and is pretty self-descriptive what with being chock full of animation backgrounds in an impressively high res collection. would save before it inevitably goes down.

• i saw an photojournalist/art article two years ago on cruise missiles right before impact that lives in my mind rent free with how eerie - in a liminal sense sort of way - it was. this isn't that original article (can't find it) but is pretty close, minus the more respectful tone.

• fujofans is a wee little webring dedicated to fujos (and those who creatively expand the box on what fujos means). tempural  made the ring, and is still accepting banner exchanges - there's a lot of you already on it. ;) 

• honesterotica (nsfw) is a neat large library of erotic art throughout history in a refreshingly positive-yet-neutral tone, and feels like a refuge in these days when every social media site is cracking down on erotic art.

• corpse + brigadier is an impressively fleshed out neocities personal site with a big focus on FFT, doujinshi, and fanshrines. you can tell a lot of love went into the general layout <3

• awesomepiracy is a resource list of exactly what you think it is. way more than just your standard "how do i find movies/games" and covers basically every media under the sun. great if you're an oldie like me who's still mourning mediafire!
