(...this is probably one of the reasons IT asked me on my first full day of work whether yours truly had been ex-IT support :P  he's mentioned before verbally that he loves my errors because they're the weirdest shit he's ever seen l o l )

it's so delightful to bring an error or problem to a professional and hear them say "huh, that's weird" in a completely positive and interested tone. i love that about IT professionals (and scientists in general tbh) haha
