kradeelavLast "what have i been up to?" post was before a lot of projects bore fruit, so here's the next one ~
* i updated my website with some really cool blog & archive pages & re-hauled the backend architecture to completely remove wordpress from the subdomains... literally a week or two before said CEO lost his marbles and started torching wordpress' reputation. :') that was good timing.
* i finished the massive (15pgs) zihark feh selfshipper strip! \o/ that one took a little longer than previous strips since i didn't settle into the artstyle super quickly. so proud of that one; technicality-wise i learned heaps about pacing, framing, getting more confident in krita to do comics, limited sfx, the art of motion. and then - privately, i'm just really thankful this exists out there now.
* on the flip side, i'm already halfway through the roughs of this gunter/corrin hentai strip i've been threatening to do for a year :3 already learned mountains about SFX in this week alone. likewise, speaking of comics, I put the feh strip AND a few other strips up on itch.io as free pdf downloads. partially for better preservation, partially to get more presence there, and a few other reasons.
* i did something really cool and unique with christmas cards this year! holographic-ish playing card printed with a card company to keep costs low; they're printing right now and i'll toss up a picture of them when they come in. it's also lowkey serving as a printing test for the tellius tarot since i'll use the same company if i do that project. also talking with another vendor who's capable of printing doujinshi-style books as a backup to fireball.
* lots of exchange gifts to be shown soon;![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)

* otherwise finishing up a lot of things; probably the last fe:fates revelation playthrough in a while. deliberately trying to clear my plate for the new year. a lot of endings happened this year so i want to start with a fresh "beginnings" in mind.
