kradeelavplaying elden ring is like tripping balls on the most amazing scenery/levels 24/7 ......
* beat morgott. dude had one of the most sensual intros -10/10 win for old man fuckers. also moved by his death :( definitely the kind of game where you're kinda the villain protagonist by default which ... i'd say that ruled just for the sake of mixing things up, but ER shows the incredibly tragic side. feeling All Sorts Of Feelings.
* eventually get to the mountaintop of giants. HOLY SHIT THE DIFFICULTY RAMP UP LMAO. it is honest to god like the game threw you back to the very beginning when you couldn't kill shit and would die in three hits but i honestly love it. it's like 'okay, learn the game again, but with everything you got already/the cool tools you have.' i was just getting to the point where i kinda missed that almost simplistic vibe??? ER is so good about things not getting boring despite how MONSTROUSLY HUGE it is. apparently i'm only halfway through??? I THOUGHT I WAS ALMOST DONE WOW.
* mfw i scream when one of the tarnished i was sent to assassinate dual wields whips. :D D: :D i lov her
* I SCREAM WHEN THE MIMIC TEAR MIMICS A FULL BODY COPY OF ME!!!!! even knowing the fucker existed it was so trippy to be looking back at a copy of [possessed gunter].
* honestly the 3 levels (forbidden lands, nokron, mountaintop of giants) i wandered around in was so unearthly beautiful i just. sat there gaping in awe like a fish while wandering around.... if u want to be awed by a game again, this is it.
