live easy, live sleazy

kradeelav"live easy, live sleazy" was a cheeky farewell line I saw somebody say recently and honestly? exact mood.
* it has been deliciously warm the last three days in particular; so much so i've been taking my laptop outside to work. not exactly sure whether southeastern bird species generally enjoy depeche mode or not, but boy they are chirping along to those tracks rather intensely when I have my laptop playing it outside :P pingingqueenlua for Bird Expertise.
* it feels odd to enjoy work as much as I am right now given [waves at the world] but oh my god. $director_minion and I basically have full reign to do whatever we want on the next big project halfway through the year visual/budget wise and it has been BONKERS fun to collaborate with him again without various ~ corporate coups ~ getting in the way. and also to be at this point in my maturing knowledge/skillset to actually friendly-compete with him directly? he's also trying to teach me the advantages of Cloud Hacks tech wise and it's hilarious how much of an old fart mindset i have with distrusting it XD
* still working on that gunter/corrin hentai strip on off hours! 18 pages so far, so it's rather long but the style & story is very locked into now so it's just a cleanup marathon for the next three weeks. excellent (sleazy) work to focus intently on when i feel like Making something whether it's out of spite or not. there's also an original character f/f page i just thought of when taking a shower this morning that i might try to thumbnail out tonight real quick just to mix things up.
* still also working on elden ring when i need a break from all of the above! roughly 2/3's of the way through the base story and debating on buying the Shadows of the Erdtree DLC to just go ahead and get this all out in one fever dream but I really want to get back to Unicorn Overlord before I forget its amazingly fun mechanics. :v
in general staying... Offline for the forseeable future save for discord/dw/email/posting-art-and-fleeing.
