so i'm not really into making faceclaims / the whole fandom around voice actors since (a) i play every game on mute for a mix of privacy reasons and hearing-isn't-a-priority, and (b) i get weirded out over fandom being obsessively weird about real people as actors. (i know most people are fine and it's only a few outliers who get into stalker territory but idk i'm old school, i try not to cross those lines. i'm fine with RPF in theory if those lines aren't crossed but fandom's always been 2D for me?).

the problem is, okay, i'm not into critical role either. (i did watch the first half of s2 but lost interest when molly "left") 

but the problem is matt mercer is becoming distractingly pretty as he ages (lol) and unfortunately the absolute dead ringer for a theoretical faceclaim zihark (considering i've never seen anyone else come remotely close tbh).

and tumblr giffers are really good at showing that.......

and every time i see one of those gifsets i can feel every brain cell of mine immediately turn around with a "!!!" to a degree i have to tell my fucking brain 'sit down, siiiiiiit. don't. be. weird. don't be weird.'

(sorry i have basic taste lol, i will bear this cross. )

but hah, yes, god XD I've never been much good at faceclaims due to being largely faceblind, perhaps I should be some degree of grateful that I'm likely not going to be scrolling and see karel's likeness staring back at me from some popular media and sit there blushing like mad XDD

you're so right about this though. matt mercer is very pretty. i have rather specific fixations so i do think the prettiest part of matt mercer is his hands. (i think he knows this, and accents them on purpose with those broad leather bracelets of his.) so now i will be thinking about zihark's hands, thank you
