Bisexual Politics: Theories, Queries, and Visions! you can actually read for free on the internet on archive.org (there is an insaaaaaaane amount of leather/queer theory books on there) - i have it checked out currently, but it should be available in the next few days.
(tbh thought about writing to archive.org to explain just how much it means to me that they have those books on there - given, uh, how hard it is to hide queer theory books in a parent's house, they're invaluable for learning about a new world without leaving a paper trail - we've talked about this kind of thing. )
