woke up today with a raging Need to play.... twilight princess gamecube edition......??

sure, okay? been a while since i've wasted 50 hours on a zelda game.

• damn the title music still slaps. talk about giving me chills with link riding epona around the edge of a cliff..
• [ continues to watch the title sequence ] ohhh mannnn arbiter's grounds is going to be so much fun to do again
• looks like i attempted to start a 3 heart quest other than my other NG+ file ... and let's see it starts right when link gets transformed. goodie. i always hate the first intro part of any game.
• midna is so mean lmao i love her, be mean to me mommy yesss
• .... midina gives me flaming bi energy and man i need to pick up midna/zelda yuri fics
• cannot tell if this is wolf/human link things but controls are janky as hell, i'm not exactly a zelda novice and i keep falling off of ledges. (then again it's literally been ... ten years? since i've picked one up, so fair.) 
• [ stares with a thousand yard stare at all these soldier spirits complaining about a 'nameless fear' that sounds suspiciously like corona hell lmao ) 
• these monster designs were banging ... even tho i'm still not a fan of Zant, the overall vibe of the rest? they're eerie and unusual in a good way. Almost like if an art director snuck a piece of doodled 'glow in the dark phase' design from a 12 year old and actually went bonkers on it.
• ow ow ow my legs jesus fuck how did i sit in my usual spot on a table for 6+ hours i can barely last an hour now. i need like a seat cushion lmao. i'm getting old.
